Semi Private
Sessions for 2-4 women- tailored to focus on your goals. I offer in person coaching as well as online virtual coaching. Great option for women who have specific recovery or training needs and want more flexible scheduling.
Small Group Training
8 week sessions with a group of awesome women to help motivate and encourage you. Small group size means you get individual feedback and personalized attention in each class.
