I love helping women use mindfulness and exercise to strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles so they can enjoy everyday life and recreational activities. From jumping on the trampoline with your kids to hiking a mountain, I am here to help you feel confident in your body!

Group Training
6-12 week sessions with a group of awesome women to help motivate and encourage you. Options to join in person or online.
