Hi, I'm Cynthia. I love working with and empowering women in their wellness and fitness journeys. I specialize in Core, Pelvic Floor and Hip exercise programming. I am passionate about giving women the resources, knowledge and strength they need to feel confident about moving their bodies. Whether it is jogging around the block, racing your kids around the yard, skiing down a mountain or climbing up one; I want you to be pain free, leak free and happy to be moving your body!
